for my film I will be looking to create a horror/sci-fi film opening. I will keep bright colours to a minimal and keep them dull with a slight sepia tone.
context wise i will open with an establishing shot of the landscape where the opening will be set, before introducing the main/first character. the main character will be doing something simple, such as walking a dog, when all of a sudden a scream or something alerting happens, which draws my attention. the 'alerting moment' comes from a small forest/woods, i start heading over there at a fast pace. when i get to the place where the 'alerting moment' came from, there is something there out of the ordinary. cut to black.
