sounds: initial ideas.

i have done research into what sounds can build and creepy atmosphere and really build tension during a scene. but I want to try a stay clear of the obvious loud screams and focus more on sounds that are very creepy. for example things like twigs snapping, heavy breathing, complete silence and so forth. I will want to use some music over the back of the opening, nothing to loud or creepy. but rather just constant and dark.

creepy atmosphere

I really like he short bit of footage because it has a really creepy atmosphere, they way they use the music really gives it tension and a spook atmosphere, then the very high pitch screams of an animal really builds more tension and also the music changes at this point. with the dark colours also leaves the person watching a bit on edge.

I have been doing research into some satanic symbols as I want there to be an old ancient cult ritual ground where an evil spirit is present, so I want to have certain symbols and items placed around the location to represent the satanic nature of what is occurring.
